Shipping Info
Physical orders are typically shipped within 2 business days of purchase (or 2 days after design proof approval in the case of customized brand products).
I ship exclusively through USPS; Ground advantage (2-5 business days) is standard, though Priority Mail (2-3 days) is available as an upgrade.
Due to high international shipping costs, I currently only ship within the USA. Orders from AK & HI are welcome!
UPS and FedEX aren't available, as there are no reliable drop-off points in my rural area.
It is the buyer's responsibility to provide the correct shipping address for their order; any re-shipping costs because of an incorrect address must be paid for by the buyer. If you've placed an order with an outdated address, contact me right away, and I'll change it for no extra cost if the order hasn't been made yet.
Refunds & Returns
All sales (physical, digital, and services) are final: no returns, exchanges, or refunds.
In the case that you receive an incorrect item in your physical order, simply email me at xcaliburinkgraphx@gmail.com with a photo of the item(s), and the error will be corrected at no cost to you.

Photos of your order may be shared on my social media, portfolios, website, or used in other advertising as an example of the work I do. Private info such as full names, addresses, or emails will be excluded or blurred.
For example, items like a decal with your house number and street name wouldn't be shared, unless you choose to post it publicly first (ie, a social media post or product review). Items purchased around Christmas generally won't be posted on our pages until well after the holidays, to avoid any gift spoilers.
